Meeting the dogs
If you are interested in a particular dog, please contact their foster to arrange a meeting.
We will be having meet and greets once a month, watch our website for details.
Owner surrenders
Please email argntash@gmail.com if you are looking to surrender a dog. BrightStar charges $100 for all owner surrenders that are spayed/neutered . If the dog has not been spayed/neutered, the fee is $150 to help pay for the surgery.
